Due to the many referrals we receive from real estate agents, we never want to compromise our integrity by interfering with another real estate professional. However, if your home has been listed for 90+ days, we may want to speak with you about your current situation and see if we could move forward if your home does not sell within the period that your home is scheduled to be listed by the agent. In certain situations, we also are able to speak with your realtor to see if a win-win scenario can be created where all parties benefit.

IS THERE A COST TO ME TO MARKET MY HOME TO YOUR CURRENT PIPELINE?

Absolutely not! There is absolutely no cost to you at all. One of our representatives will simply meet with you, take pictures of your home and market the home on our websites for the benefit of our pipeline. It is just that simple. There is absolutely no obligation. Allow us to market your home for free. When we identify a potential client that we deem to be an excellent candidate we will make the presentation to you.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH MPI?

Our main goal is to help sellers yield more dollars in the sale of their homes.  Once you ultimately decide on a net sales price that is satisfactory to you, we will list your home on our website and market the home to participants of our Homeownership Program and other prospective participants (see www.Owninthetriad.com for more information).  We normally have a hefty waiting list of qualified individuals and families looking for quality homes just like yours throughout the Piedmont-Triad region.  Once we offcially qualify one of our Homeownership Participants, our company will then be responsible for everything including payments, maintenance and any management of the home.

HOW DO I ENSURE THAT A PROSPECTIVE BUYER PAYS AND DOES NOT DAMAGE MY HOME?

Well Tenant-Buyers share the same characteristics of homeowners.  When you first got your mortgage, your lender could have asked themselves that same question as this.  However, just as your lender has a solid criteria to qualify borrowers, we have a solid criteria to qualify Tenant-Buyers.  Tenant-Buyers ARE NOT TRADITIONAL TENANTS.  They are individuals and families that truly desire responsible homeownership and that is the reason why they have made the decision to enter into our Homeownership Program.  Just as a bank cannot guarantee its investors a 100% success rate, we cannot as well.  However, we can guarantee that we have an excellent qualification criteria and Homeownership Program that minimizes risk.

WHAT TYPE OF HOMES DO YOU TYPICALLY LOOK TO MARKET TO TENANT-BUYERS?

MPI looks to acquire all types of homes. One of our goals is to create as many homeowners in the Piedmont-Triad region and every home should be an ideal home for someone. Obviously, homes that are capable and ready to be listed make the perfect homes.

DOES MPI CHARGE A FEE FOR THEIR SERVICES?

Absolutely not!  You will never write MPI a check or pay us for anything.  Our fees are paid through the acquisition of a prospective buyer and the sale of your home. There are no monthly charges or fees to you. We get paid once we are able to get the Tenant-Buyer to purchase your home! We just want to know what you are looking to net in the sale of your home.
