However, if your home has been listed for 90+ days, we may want to speak with you about your current situation and see if we could move forward if your home does not sell within the period that your home is scheduled to be listed by the agent. In certain situations, we also are able to speak with your realtor to see if a win-win scenario can be created where all parties benefit. IS THERE A COST TO ME TO MARKET MY HOME TO YOUR CURRENT PIPELINE? Absolutely not! There is absolutely no cost to you at all. One of our representatives will simply meet with you, take pictures of your home and market the home on our websites for the benefit of our pipeline. It is just that simple. HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH MPI? Our main goal is to help sellers yield more dollars in the sale of their homes. Once we offcially qualify one of our Homeownership Participants, our company will then be responsible for everything including payments, maintenance and any management of the home. HOW DO I ENSURE THAT A PROSPECTIVE BUYER PAYS AND DOES NOT DAMAGE MY HOME? Well Tenant-Buyers share the same characteristics of homeowners. When you first got your mortgage, your lender could have asked themselves that same question as this. However, just as your lender has a solid criteria to qualify borrowers, we have a solid criteria to qualify Tenant-Buyers. Tenant-Buyers ARE NOT TRADITIONAL TENANTS. They are individuals and families that truly desire responsible homeownership and that is the reason why they have made the decision to enter into our Homeownership Program. Just as a bank cannot guarantee its investors a 100% success rate, we cannot as well.
