As an added service to sellers, MPI has now created a way for seller to keep track of the progress of the individuals that will be purchasing their home.  As an affiliate, sellers will be able to login and see how well the people that will be purchasing their home for full value are doing in our Homeownership Program.  The information provided will center around the credit rehabilitation and financial development.  Keep in mind all Tenant-Buyers are already qualified based on their income - Our Homeownership Program concentrates on improving their credit profile and getting them to increase their financial understanding as it pertains to effective savings and money management.
